Good morning everyone! Thank you for your concern for the Peterson family. They appreciate your support. This morning Brent is facing some difficult challenges again with his body. The medical staff informed Scot and Carolyn (Cary) that Brently had a major seizure overnight. Brent is heavily induced with medication at the moment. Scot and Carolyn (Cary) are anxious about the condition of their son. We are asking if you could remember to pray for them and Brent today. We will let you know more details as soon as the Peterson's are informed by the doctor.
Keep hoping.Keep loving. Keep praying.

About your birthday - Brent, sweetie, I'm not gonna say "Happy" Birthday, cuz even tho you'll be surrounded by your Mom and Dad, and Grandma and Grandpa, and a wackload of nurses and doctors who care about you, instead, I'm going to wish you a JOYFUL birthday. I pray for Joy that can only come from Jesus. He brings joy, even when you don't feel happy. I also pray that on your 15th birthday, God will bring you much peace in your heart. That you will know and find comfort in the understanding that Jesus is holding you in His healing hands. I pray for renewed courage and strength for you. I know you're discouraged, Bubs. But you don't have to worry. You have hundreds of people praying for you constantly. I bet there's not a moment where someone in the world isn't going to God on your behalf. I betcha every single second of every minute of every hour of every day, YOU ARE BEING PRAYED FOR. Auntie and Uncle love you so much. You're our special boy. And Park and Tee pray every night for you and love you like an older brother. They'll see you in a few short weeks.
Scot & Car, I know you're doing everything you can to make Bub's birthday special. You are amazing parents, even in the midst of all this, you're shining examples of loving parents. I'm sure you'll have cake with the doctors, and treat bags for the nurses and streamers on the ICU wall. Blessings to you on your Birthday, Brent! Except, according to Facebook,you already had your birthday a week ago or so - you almost had me fooled! And yet, I was pretty sure your birthday was just couple of days apart from Uncle Marlin's (who turned 40 yesterday, by the way...but ssshh...don't tell him I told you....) I know you never dreamed you would spend your 15th birthday in the hospital, but someday you will be able to look back at this time of your life and see the amazing things God has done for you and through you on this journey. I'm sure your Mom and Dad will be making this birthday as special as they possibly can for you - they love you so much!! I just want you to know that you are constantly in our thoughts and prayers.
