Jaime and Dustin stopped by for a visit.
Got up in his chair and went for a stroll (45 minutes).
Uncle Roy and Auntie Val stopped by for a visit.
We ordered supper (steak) from Applebees once Dad got back to Regina.
Got up in the chair again for 45 minutes again.
