Wild Ocean at IMAX

Brent with his "I Love Regina" toque, water bottle, and t-shirt. Brent and his parents say Thank You Mayor Pat Fiacco. Sorry we can't vote for you Mayor Brent is too young.

PS: Yes Saskatoon is still home. No we have not changed our loyalty to Regina.

We went to the IMAX tonight and we saw Wild Ocean.

Continue to pray for:
Pain in Brent's back.
Pain in Brent's left hand.
Pain in Brent's right wrist.

Highlights:
Brent met Mom again at the 15th Ave Entrance today.
Brent went to the Dayroom (classroom) for Math on 4B instead of in his room today.
Brent went to 5F for Physio and walked with Myles and the walker for 12'. Myles was so excited that Brent lifted his own feet by himself that we went back to 6A. When on 6A Brent didn`t use the walker but use Myles and Dad`s hand to help him as he walked.

Thank you for your prayers.
Keep hoping. Keep loving. Keep praying.

  1. You walked on your own? AWESOME! I bet Myles was excited:) Glad to hear you haven't changed your loyalties but I guess you can like Regina a bit.

How was the IMAX? Was the movie a good one? I'm glad you are getting out and doing things again.

Scot, I just got off Skype with Sam and Anne. They both say hi and are still keeping up with the blog and praying for you guys. Mattias is downstairs putting the last bit (I hope) of drywall mud on. Tomorrow we paint!

Happy Thanksgiving weekend to you all. Will you have turkey?? I'm cooking one on Sunday if you want to come over:) That would be cool!!

    Love ya,
    Jan

  4. Wow! Imax movies are so cool. But you know what is even cooler, is the amazing progress you have made Brent. I read you blog every day and update our family at prayer time. It must be so exciting to be able to get out and meet your mom at the entrance. It is thrilling for us to follow your progress as you are walking skills improve every day. Hooray! Hooray!
Cool thing, Mackenzie our daughter is in Grade 12 here in Belgium. She goes to an American Department of Defense School and one of her teachers used to be a coach for the Sask Roughriders. How cool is that?? It is so rare for us to meet people that even know where Saskatchewan is, let alone have worked for the most amazing team ever!! I hope she gets extra credit for wearing her Roughriders gear! (He did say he was only coach for 1 year before he was fired and that he found Regina a bit cold....hahaha..)...so maybe she shouldn't wear her roughrider stuff. Anyway... as you are such a great fan, I thought you would find this interesting.
We are so excited by your excellent progress. You and your parents are an inspiration to so many people, all around the world. I hope that this Thanksgiving you have a wonderful day and get your fill of Turkey and Pumpkin Pie.
    God Bless you!!
