Day 145 & KFC with Grandma Neufeld
Grandpa and Grandma Neufeld stopped by for a visit and brought KFC for dinner. Brent has been eating since last night supper and is feeling a bit better. He was joking with his physiotherapist (Myles) that he has been laying around for 145 days and is very good at it. Myles had a very hard time concentrating on Brent's physio for a while. Brent was also joking with Pablo (Brent's nurse for the night).
Continue to pray for:
Pain in Brent' s back Pain in Brent's left wrist Pain in Brent's left thigh (from the skin graft) Pain in Brent's left forearm and elbow Pain in right side Soreness in Brent's throat
Highlights: Had KFC dinner with Grandpa and Grandma Neufeld Dad made shrimp scampi and spaghetti for supper
Thank you for your prayers. Keep hoping. Keep loving. Keep praying.
We check this blog everyday and we are so thankful to Rev. Rob for updating us. It has been a long road for you. Our thoughts continue to be with you all.
Keep working hard Brent. Everyone wants you to come home! We hope your pains subside and you get stronger everyday.
Brent, now that summer holidays have begun, Taylor is working on becoming better at lying around too :-) His 'physio' is helping out at VBS in the mornings this week. Our prayers continue to be with you! The Froese's
Hey Brent, it was so good spending time with your Mom as we brought her home from the wedding in Manitoba. Thanks for being brave and strong without her there! Your Dad is a good papa who does a great job of double duty-ing. We love you. Aunt Kathy and Uncle John
Thanks for this great update. What a journey. We continue to pray for you daily and trust God for full healing.
