Day 277 - Busy day after the Rider loss

Boo Hoo. What a pathetic ending to a terrific season.
We will get back there again next season and it will end differently.
Good job Riders!!!

Brent's blood clot is getting smaller. Please pray that the echo on this coming Friday will show that it is gone. When this happens Brent will be able to once again leave the hospital for Youth and or Church.

Continue to pray for:
Pain in Brent's back.
Pain in Brent's left hand, wrist and thumb.
Pain in Brent's right knee .
Pain in Brent's right wrist.
Pray for Brent's itchiness all over his body.

Highlights:
Saturday
Danielle stopped by for a visit.
Brent watched some dancers perform in the playroom on Peds 3000.
We had Subway for supper.

Sunday
Mom went to church and Dad stayed with me.
Mattias, Jan, Reid and Kiersten stopped by for a visit.
Watched the football game.

Monday
Brent went for 2 bone scans today (to check the bump on his back).
Brent went for an echo (on his heart again - blood clot is smaller).
Brent had Physio.
Darcy, Sharon, Shelton and Sam stopped by for a visit.

Thank you for your prayers.
Keep hoping. Keep praying. Keep loving.

  1. Sad that the Riders didn't quite pull it off but great to hear that you're doing better Brent. One day at a time....slowly but surely with a few twists and turns along the way but you're doing awesome!

As always, I'm so pleased that you and your parents have chosen to share your journey with all of us out here in cyberspace.

Reading your updates makes me smile, cheer and often brings a tear or two.

Keep up the good work Brent (and Scot and Cary)!
