Day 140 - Attacked by Tarantulas

Brent was attacked by 2 Gummie tarantulas given to him by one of the nurses tonight. Thunder (Brent's husky) was quick to attack the tarantulas.

Pain in Brent's left hand

Pain in Brent's back
Pain in Brent's left thigh (from the skin grafting)

Highlights:
Daren and Justin from MPICU were in for a visit.
Vera was in to see Brent for the first time (our neighbor in Regina).
Jayli was in for a visit (Brent's friend from Tommy Douglas).
Noreen from MPICU was in for a visit.
We saw the CTV hot air balloon again from Brent's room
Brent had a bowl of cereal (honey nut cheerios), booster juice (beery twister), chocolate milk (lactose), grilled cheese, cucumbers and taco salad,Burger King chicken fries, poutine, zoodles. He is back and eating.
Only a few bites of all the above.

  3. Hey guys good to Brent is in good Spirits. Your Dad's Soccer team is going on its annual golf trip to Waskesiu, and Elk Ridge . In a couple weeks. Here is hoping you can join us next year and may years to come.

  5. That, my dear, is a crazy mix of food! wow. Glad to hear that the skin grafting went well and that you are continuing to improve Brent. Wow a card from Berlin, that must have been very exciting! It's great to see you joking around and I totally understand the "scream" face with the spiders. I dislike spiders very much!!!!! I do however partake of a jelly one now and then...lol. Well have an awesome day and May you be blessed and be a blessing as you go through your day today!
