Hello Again

I realize there hasn't been a blog for awhile. We were waiting for an echo and then to talk to the doctor.
Brent had an echo yesterday. The clot is considerably smaller. Praise the Lord!!!

There is some concern because the clot is not as securely attached to the wall of the heart as it once was. Please pray that it will completely disappear.

Continue to pray for:
Blood clot.
Pain in Brent's back.
Pain in Brent's left wrist.
Itchiness and nausea have decreased but still present at times.

Highlights:
Dec 7 - Monday
Grandma came and brought Resteraunt 224 for lunch.
Went for physio and walked 100 m.
Brittney and Taylor came for a visit.
Uncle Mattias, Auntie Jan, Reid, and Kiersten came for a visit.

Dec 8 - Tuesday
Grandma came to be with Brent because Carolyn went to emergancy to get her leg checked out. She has an ulcer on her right lower leg and is getting IV antibiotics for it. Please pray for it to heal quickly.
Don Stiller stopped by.
Pastor Tauber stopped by.

Dec 9 - Wednesday
Grandma came to help out again because Carolyn has IV antibiotics every 8 hours. So Grandma had to take Brent to school while Carolyn sat in emergancy getting her antibiotics.
Went to physio and walked 120m.
Dave and Marlene Bodvarson stopped by for a visit.
We had Tomas the Cook for supper. Brent and Grandma shared boneless dry ribs and caesar salad and Carolyn had chicken fingers and greek salad...YUMMY!

Dec 10 - Thursday
Grandma came to help Brent while Carolyn was at emergency for her iv antibiotics.
Josiah, Kari, Veronica, and Josh came for a visit.
Pastor Shawn stopped by.
Ben and Jenna came for a visit.
Neighbors Ray and Bea visited.
Josiah came again around supper time and had supper with Brent.

We apreciate everyones prayers and support. Our journey has been bearable only through the grace of God and People like you! THANK YOU!

Keep hoping, Keep loving, Keep praying.

  1. Thanks for taking the time to post an update. Your family is your #1 priority and we are all so grateful that you take time to keep all of us aware of the happenings in your lives (after all, I think we consider ourselves extended family)!

Praying for the clot to disappear, Cary to feel better and for this 'crispy' weather to ease up just a wee little bit.

    Rest well. Stay warm.
