Today was a lazy day waiting for Dad to get back from Saskatoon. Dad was repainting and replacing the carpet with laminate in Brent's new room.

Day 179 - Tilt table at 52 degrees

Brent on the tilt table at 52 degrees. He was at this level for about 2 minutes.

Mattias and Reid Andreae were in for a visit.

Brent went down to 4B for Physio and was on tilt table at 35 degrees for 15 minutes. He finished off the tilt table at 52 degrees for about 2 minutes. The best he has done so far. Yahoo!!!!

Family time tonight was spent by playing Mystery PI on the laptop (finding clues in a picture). Thanks Dean and Joanna.

Brent changed his own pillow case by himself (for the 1st time).

Day 172 - Better Day on the Tilt Table

Brent had 2 different families visits today. Cort, Angela, Ashley and Christopher Dogniez stopped in for a visit.

Aaron, Cheryl, Curtis & Britney Kristenson also stopped by after the Riders beat Hamilton.

Corner Gas and the Riders

Brent watched Corner Gas and the Riders today. He has a rash on his left arm and is on antobiotics to get rid of the rash.

Way to go Riders, now we are ready for Montreal !!!!!!!!!!

PRAY: Brent will have his back surgery this week or next week and he is very worried about the surgery. Please pray that all fears will be calmed and all will be according to God's plans and his hand on the surgeons. As soon as we know the date it will be posted.

Prayer Alert - Lots of Pain

Brent has been experiencing a lot of pain today as he can't administer his own pain medication (morphine). Since the removal of the PIC line last night he has to have all medications taken orally. It takes more time for all medications to work when they are taken orally.

Please pray for the pain and nausea.

Dr Saczek was in Brent's room when physiotherapy had Brent on the tilt table. Brent was on the tilt table at 30 degrees for 10 minutes.
